These terms govern participation in the Tarello Affiliate Program. By enrolling, you agree to the conditions below, in addition to the Terms of Use.
1. Who can participate
- Individual aged 18 or above, or duly incorporated legal entity;
- With an active Tarello account;
- No history of delinquency or violations of the Terms of Use.
Tarello may approve or reject applications at its discretion, without justification.
2. Commission
The Affiliate receives 5% of the net recurring revenue generated by each referred Customer, for as long as that Customer maintains an active paid account.
- No commission cap or limit on referred Customers;
- No time limit — commission continues while the referred Customer is active.
3. Attribution
Attribution is done via the ?ref=YOURCODE parameter in links the Affiliate shares. The code is stored in a cookie for 400 days. The Customer is attributed to the last Affiliate whose link they clicked before signing up.
4. Payment
Commissions are consolidated at the end of each month and made available for withdrawal via the payment method available in the Affiliate's country, from the 10th of the following month, with a minimum withdrawal of R$ 100.00.
5. Prohibited conduct
The Affiliate is prohibited from:
- Creating fake accounts for self-referral or using false data;
- Buying traffic or ads using the Tarello brand without written authorization;
- Spam, unsolicited email marketing or deceptive communication;
- Offering bonuses, refunds or incentives that distort attribution;
- Representing themselves as Tarello employee, partner or official reseller.
Violations result in immediate termination of Program participation and withholding of unpaid commissions.
6. Tax and invoice
The Affiliate is responsible for taxes applicable to the commission received. For legal entities, Tarello may require issuance of a service invoice to release payment.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time, via email notice. Commissions due up to the termination date will be paid in the following cycle. In case of termination due to violation of these terms, pending commissions may be withheld.
8. Changes
Tarello may update these terms with 30 days' notice, communicating by email and in the Affiliate dashboard. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
