This Privacy Policy describes how TARELLO TECNOLOGIA LTDA. ("Tarello") collects, uses, stores and protects personal data related to the Service.
1. Data collected
- Signup: name, email, phone, tax ID, billing address.
- Payment: billing data processed by partner gateways (we do not store full card numbers).
- Service usage: access logs, IPs, consumption metrics (requests, vCPU, memory), timestamps.
- Customer Content: data that the Customer stores in microservices — processed, but not accessed by Tarello outside of authorized support requests.
2. Purpose
Data collected is used to:
- Provide and bill the Service;
- Technical support, security and fraud prevention;
- Comply with legal and tax obligations;
- Communicate important Service changes.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on contract execution (Brazilian LGPD art. 7, V), legitimate interest (security and fraud prevention) and compliance with legal obligation (tax/regulatory). For European users, GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f).
4. Sharing
Tarello does not sell personal data. We share data only with:
- Infrastructure providers, under contracts with data protection clauses;
- Payment processors, for billing;
- Authorities, upon court order or legal obligation.
5. Retention
Signup data is kept while the account is active and for 5 years after closure, to comply with tax obligations. Access logs are kept for 12 months. Customer Content is deleted within 30 days of account closure.
6. Subject rights
You have the right to confirm, access, correct, anonymize, port and request deletion of your personal data, under applicable data protection laws. To exercise these rights, write to hello@tarello.io.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit, per-microservice isolation, access control, automatic backups and audit. Details at /legal/security.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies (authentication, language) and functional cookies (theme preference, affiliate code). We do not use advertising cookies.
